Does Cargo have a music policy?
Cargo's music policy is commercial - Club Classics, R'n'B, Hip-Hop & Pop except special events & promoted parties.
What are your closing times?
Monday - Thursday 1am, Friday & Saturday 3am, Sunday 12am.
Where can I buy tickets?
Online (http://cargo.skiddletickets.com/events.php) & on the door. Our main ticket providers online are Skiddle, Design My Night, Resident Advisor, Fatsoma & Jukely.
Online tickets are strictly valid till 10pm and are non-refundable. If you wish to get your ticket exchanged for a different date it is possible by contacting email@example.com.
Ticket says: Cargo has a strict door policy, what does it mean?
Strictly 18+ and everyone must be able to provide a Passport, Photo ID or a Drivers License. Part of the condition of entry is that you agree to a search on arrival of the venue. It's part of our licensing conditions and if you refuse to be searched you will not be allowed to enter the club. If you are found to be in possession of illegal substances or a weapon then the Police will also be called.
Cargo operates on 50/50 female/male policy for groups larger than 3. Please bear this in mind when booking tables & buying tickets for big groups.
I purchased tickets for myself and a group of friends, do we have to enter together?
Strongly advised that you enter together to avoid any misunderstandings on the door.
What do you accept as a valid ID?
Passport, Photo ID & Drivers License.
Do you have a dress code?
Smart - Casual.
How do I get onto the guest list?

Where can I leave my jacket/bag?
Cargo has a cloakroom & we charge £3 per item. Please note: Cargo is not responsible for any valuable items left in the cloakroom.

Is there a cash machine at the club?
There is no cash machine in the club premises. Minimum card payment on the weekend is £20.
I lost an item, what should I do?
Please call 020 7739 3440 or e-mail email@example.com. Please mention the colour, the size or any other special features. Also leave your name and number so we can contact you if we find it!
When's the 'Happy Hour'?
Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm.

Can I eat and smoke in Cargo?
It's against the law to smoke inside the premises. Cargo has a terrace area where smoking is allowed. Cargo offers food but the menu changes seasonally. Please link to 'menu'.
Where can I find photos from the club night I went to?
All the official photographs will be uploaded to Cargo's website and Facebook week after the event.
Can I take photos at the club?
Yes as long as it's not disturbing anyone and the pictures are not used for commercial purposes.

How do I submit a demo?
Cargo does not book artists, bands or DJ's. We only work with promoters.

How can I get my ticket refunded?
Online tickets are non-refundable, although we offer exchange of tickets to another date when requested.
No refunds can be issued for tickets purchased on the door.
How do I get to Cargo?
Closest tube is Old Street (Exit 2) or Shoreditch High Street station. Bus options are 26, 35, 47, 48, 67, 78, 149, 242 to Shoreditch High Street.
Why can I not take my coat or bag into arch 3?
Bags and coats take up valuable dance space and can be a hazard on the dance-floor. Please feel free to use our cloakroom.
